Learn From Kites

Kites

Kites

The kites flutter in midair,

Joyfully without any care,

Against the winds they rise with such grace,

Their fears dispelled without any trace.

True courage is like a kite,

Over opposition it rides,

Hold on to your goals,

Pursue them till they turn to gold.

The optimist ponders how high his kite will fly,

In life he doesn’t hesitate to give everything a try,

The pessimist wonders how soon his kite will fall,

In life he hesitates to give it his all.

People in the corporate world are like kites,

The more strings they pull the loftier their heights,

No man can rise above mediocrity,

He must overcome difficulties and assume responsibilities.

If you tie your happiness to the tail of someone else’s kite,

The dust you’re guaranteed to bite.

With faith in yourself you’ll fly highest,

Living a life where the sun shines brightest.
